By accessing and using the Mehfil Lua website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Product Usage

Our Lua scripts are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure the highest quality, we do not guarantee the script will be completely undetected in all game environments. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party software or games they use our products with.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered via Discord. However, if the product fails to work as advertised due to a defect on our end, we will attempt to resolve the issue immediately or provide a replacement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, and Lua scripts, is the property of Mehfil Lua and is protected by international copyright laws. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing our scripts without explicit permission is strictly forbidden.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mehfil Lua shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
